Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise is a popular American writer, singer and actress, best known for her character Ginger Grant in the 1960s television series Gilligan's Island. Bettle's Two's Company musical was the first show she performed in when she made her stage debut. After that, she performed in numerous Broadway performances before she was a star on national stage together with Li'l Abner, in the year 1957. She released her album It's Too Late for Tina that following year. Louise made her foray into Hollywood playing Griselda Walden, a character from God's Small Acre, a film about drama that was released in 1958.The film was praised widely and Louise was awarded her Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. When she was in New York, Louise enrolled in Actors Studio and began her friendship and friendship with Lee Strasberg. The next role she starred in was from 1964, when she was signed by CBS to portray Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise continued to juggle her work successfully in between Broadway TV and Hollywood portraying somber characters as opposed to her image as an attractive model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series and Sanctuary however she also established herself as an accomplished television director on several series including Supernatural and The 100. Her family relocated to Essex to Toronto, where she spent growing up and in adolescence. In 1997 after being selected for the role of Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has lived there since then.
